Our oil contains 1200mg of CBD. We recommend that you start low and build up to find what works for you. Simply use the pipette to place the drops under your tongue and hold in place for around one minute before swallowing, this way you maximise the absorption of CBD. If you feel the need to increase the number of drops, gradually do so over a couple of days. The recommended dose of CBD per day is 70mg.
